This class implements SqlAuthenticationProvider and is used for active directory federated authentication mechanisms.

Responsibilities of this part:
- Resolve the parent window handle handed to MSAL's WAM broker (and to the embedded WebView on .NET Framework) via
WithParentActivityOrWindow. - Honor the caller-supplied
